***** Thank you to the front desk, Susan and Charisma for making my decision very easy, to NOT move there. *** I was considering East Mark until I went to visit their recreation center. The service was terrible. After 15 minutes of sitting with my husband discussing the options, Charisma came to tell me that we had overstayed and had to leave. I told her that her coworker had allowed us to stay a little longer, to which she responded, “She asked me to come and tell you.” Spoke to some residents and they said “Welcome to East Mark, we have to deal with this all the time. Their service is terrible.” Charisma even said that in their three years there, we had stayed the longest. Thank you for making my decision very easy, to NOT move there.

For starters, they should have a jacuzzi maybe the size of the kid pool, they should have a sauna, and lastly, a gym would be fantastic! Their rules on guests are confusing, and there should be some more leeway. All of the front desk people have been fantastic!

Best Community in East Mesa. The community has a lot of parks, trails and get together areas. It also has a lot of different activities for families, such as concerts.

Went looking at houses and ended up in Eastmark. It is such an awesome community. I love the outdoor living master plan for the community and once I finish school I will be looking in that area.

Such a fun place for the little ones. The pool area is clean and has a BBQ and basketball courts. The clubhouse has lots of games and there is a grass area with tables and firepits. There is a small splash bad as well. There are regularly really great cover bands that come and play on the stage and there are really fun holiday events with blow up slides and people dressed in various holiday garb such as Santa or The Easter Bunny. A lot of fun for the family.

Great place for kids to get wet and play too. Splash pad is enclosed and bathroom is a few steps away. We had a bite to eat at " Handlebars cafe". They have good food and very friendly staff. Grass area with picnic tables are great for little ones to play too.

Favourite community ever everything is amazing animals hidden in the parks gigantic parks and one for each area I giant meat up place at the middle and a giant pool (annoying rules for the pool though) I very much love it here

Visited here with a friend who resides within the Eastmark community. It was a very pleasant community center equipped with a billiards table, 2 shuffleboard tables, an arcade game,a basketball hoop shot game and an amazing Giant Scrabble board attached to a wall that uses oversized letter magnets to play! Also outside of the center itself is a small outdoor seating area and a little restaurant called the"Handlebar Grill" that serves great food! It's an excellent place to spend the day....
